OKAAAAAAAAY. So my crackhead idea didn't work out as I had planned. HA!
This IS DEFINITELY an excuse but it's also the TRUTH. I worked for about 3 weeks STRAIGHT, ate like a pig and COMPLETELY ignored my workout plan. As a result, I feel like shit and have gained 5 wonderful lbs back! Yes, my first public failure! It sucks, but I'm still MOVIN ON!
In the past month, I've come to realize how UNBALANCED my life has become! I give more of my time and energy to WORK than my own health! I don't like that! Therefore, I am changing my goal to - BALANCING my life to create a healthier ME.
That said...I've committed to a more simple and realistic plan (sorry Dr. Phil!):
- Walking at least 30 minutes every morning with Bosko and Jay (they both promised =P)
- Volleyball on Tuesdays
- Cardio Kickboxing on Thursdays
- Biking on Saturdays
- NO skipping meals
- NO more seconds
