9AM - Cinnamon oatmeal w/ raisins & 1/2 banana
11AM - Fiber One Chewy Bar (oats & raisins)
12:30PM - whole wheat pasta with vegetables
3PM - cottage cheese with strawberries
7PM - BBQ (again)...gotta get rid of my leftovers it's sabotaging my plan!
9PM - strengthening exercises, no cardio =(
