you can fill up with fruit or yogurt. hahah, jan likes cottage cheese. since it's almost summer, you'll have lots of fruit to choose from. an apple always fills me up for at least 2 hours. it gets me through an afternoon workout.
yup to stephy's comment! you can also consider something with protein to hold your stomach down. i do cottage cheese and fruit, some salad greens and lunch meat, half of a sammich, slice of bread with peanut butter... i can go on and on! but remember that fruit IS CARBS. so dont go overboard!! its also dense in calories and sugar.
