7:30AM - 1 cup Special K cereal with fat free milk
10:30AM - 4oz of grapes (yes, I measured..hhaha)
12:30PM - PB&J sandwich (Really, only a drop of jelly..we ran out!)
3PM - 1 Cutie I was super hungered for some reason. I stopped by my co-workers desk and also had 2 sugar-free peanut butter cups that tasted like shit but I still ate a second one. I need to stop visiting her, she has too many snacks at her desk!
4:45PM - half a granola bar on the way to the gym
5PM - 20 min eliptical (Could NOT haul ass at all! I could usually do at least 30 min but I guess it's been THAT long), Did some lower body and ab exercises...I'll push myself harder tomorrow.
7PM - Went to Koi Sushi with Jay..bad idea! Salad with a little dressing, 2 california rolls, 1 green dragon and some of Jay's beef teriyaki.
I'm currently contemplating whether or not I should walk Bosko but I think I'll pass. My allergies are killing me and the wind will not help. Reading this blog and yesterday's...I realize I do so well up until 3PM. I usually start looking for something to snack on at this time. Any suggestions of something that can fill me up until DINNER!? I guess I should fill myself up with H20, huh?
