Day 1
I would have loved to have started this blog over the weekend, but like I said in my previous blog, I want to start on a positive note. The highlight of my weekend was spending QT time with my girlfriends at Jan's BBQ. I'm truly blessed to have such wonderful & supportive girlfriends.

7AM - 1 cup Special K cereal w/ fat free milk
10AM - banana
12PM - 30 min walk
1PM - 1 sugar-free peanut butter cup (I couldn't resist!)
2PM - chicken salad w/ some oriental dressing
4PM - 1 Cutie
6:30PM - tri-tip BBQ with rice & corn (leftovers from Sunday)
8PM - didn't go to the gym but walked Bosko (3 miles)
BLEH...slow start but it's something.
Read a little bit today and connected with this passage. "The most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself.
